# Wakeful > Wakeful is an iPhone symptom tracker for people with narcolepsy (type 1 or 2) and idiopathic hypersomnia. They log cataplexy, sleep attacks, hallucinations, sleep paralysis, naps and daytime sleepiness in three taps, and Wakeful makes a one-page PDF report for their sleep doctor: how often, and since when, with the date of a dose change marked. For people who take oxybate twice a night, it also rings for the second dose with alarms that ring in Silent mode and Focus (Apple AlarmKit). Health data stays on the iPhone. It is a tracking tool, not medical advice: it never diagnoses, and it never suggests, calculates or changes doses. Key facts: - Platform: iPhone, iOS 26 or later. App Store name: "Wakeful: Narcolepsy Tracker".
